The CE 04 sits between budget electric scooters and high-end Energica rockets. You could go cheaper, but you’d lose features and reliability. BMW gives you a solid platform, roadside assistance, and a 3-year warranty. It handles highway speeds, has decent resale value, and is much quicker than an ICE scooter. A used one is also worth considering.
